Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers into half-moons and put them in a bowl.
  2. Crumble feta cheese over the cucumbers.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice or vinegar.
  4. Add salt, pepper, and fresh herbs if using.
  5. Toss everything together until well combined.
