Ingredients
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
2 tbsp sugar
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade)
1 tbsp melted butter
Whipped cream for serving
Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract, lemon zest
Instructions
1. Toss strawberries with sugar in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.
2. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
3. Place biscuit dough on parchment or greased basket and air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway.
4. In a small air fryer-safe dish, heat strawberries for 4–5 minutes until warm and syrupy.
5. Brush finished biscuits with melted butter and slice in half.
6. Layer warm strawberries and whipped cream between biscuit halves.
7. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add vanilla extract or lemon zest to the strawberries before cooking.
Store components separately to keep biscuits from getting soggy.
Reheat biscuits in air fryer for 2 minutes before serving leftovers.
