- 4 large croissants, broken into small pieces
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and spray a 9 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Spread the broken croissant pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Evenly place all the berries over the croissants.
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy.
- Gradually add the sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla to the mixture. Mix until well combined.
- Pour this mixture all over the croissants and berries.
- Cover the dish and place it in the fridge for 15 minutes or up to 14 hours.
- Remove the cover and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and set.
- Serve warm with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and/or syrup, if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
For a healthier option, use whole grain croissants and substitute half the sugar with honey or maple syrup.
