A delicious Berry Croissant Bake with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 4 large croissants, broken into small pieces
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and spray a 9 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Spread the broken croissant pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Evenly place all the berries over the croissants.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy.
  5. Gradually add the sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla to the mixture. Mix until well combined.
  6. Pour this mixture all over the croissants and berries.
  7. Cover the dish and place it in the fridge for 15 minutes or up to 14 hours.
  8. Remove the cover and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and set.
  9. Serve warm with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and/or syrup, if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

For a healthier option, use whole grain croissants and substitute half the sugar with honey or maple syrup.
