- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Dip the chicken into the cottage cheese, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry the chicken until golden brown.
- Place the fried chicken in a baking dish, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
