- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot. Season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in the chicken broth ensuring it covers the chicken well.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese, cubed cream cheese, and minced garlic on top of the chicken.
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Once done, shred the chicken directly in the crockpot and stir everything to combine.
- Cook the pasta separately according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot along with the heavy cream; stir until well mixed.
- Serve warm, topped with additional Parmesan or chopped parsley for added flavor and color.

Feel free to use alternative pasta types like gluten-free or whole grain. Incorporate vegetables like spinach for a healthier option.
