- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat sun-dried tomatoes and garlic over medium heat, cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in coconut cream, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; simmer until heated through.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
Notes
For a rich flavor, choose sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil. Adjust the spice level by varying the amount of red pepper flakes.
