Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Stir in milk and melted butter until just combined.
- Pour melted butter into a baking dish.
- Drop biscuit dough by spoonfuls into the butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with jam or honey.
Notes
Work quickly to keep the dough loose. Use a shallow dish for the butter to create a nice caramelized base.
