- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into a Christmas tree shape.
- Layer slices of brie cheese, whole berry cranberry sauce, dried cranberries, and chopped pistachios on half of the pastry.
- Fold the pastry over to cover the fillings and seal the edges, pinching them down.
- Brush the top with beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey before serving.
Notes
Let the tree rest for five minutes after baking for cleaner slices. For a special touch, add lemon zest before baking or drizzle honey after.
