Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into a Christmas tree shape.
  4. Layer slices of brie cheese, whole berry cranberry sauce, dried cranberries, and chopped pistachios on half of the pastry.
  5. Fold the pastry over to cover the fillings and seal the edges, pinching them down.
  6. Brush the top with beaten egg.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey before serving.

Notes

Let the tree rest for five minutes after baking for cleaner slices. For a special touch, add lemon zest before baking or drizzle honey after.
