- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 3 cups rice krispies
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, stirring until it becomes golden brown and has a nutty aroma. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brown butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until well blended.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and stir until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the rice krispies and mini marshmallows.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
