Buffalo Chicken Bombs deliver a compact hit of heat, molten cheese, and flaky pastry, making them a refined snack or easy party centerpiece.

  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and shredded cheese until well combined.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each triangle and fold over to seal.
  5. Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Seal each triangle carefully to avoid leaks. An egg wash can create a firmer crust, and let bombs rest for two minutes after baking for the filling to settle.
