Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and shredded cheese until well combined.
- Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each triangle and fold over to seal.
- Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Seal each triangle carefully to avoid leaks. An egg wash can create a firmer crust, and let bombs rest for two minutes after baking for the filling to settle.
