- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil or butter over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant and the onion is translucent.
- Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet, stirring well. Cook until the cabbage is tender.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for an additional few minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
Slice the cabbage thinly for better texture. Adjust seasoning at the end of the cooking process to maintain balance.
