Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Pickles
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Lay out the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the cooked ground beef evenly over the flatbreads.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with lettuce, diced tomato, onion slices, and pickles.
  8. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
