- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- Pickles
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay out the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Spread the cooked ground beef evenly over the flatbreads.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
- Bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with lettuce, diced tomato, onion slices, and pickles.
- Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
For a smoky flavor, use smoked cheddar or add roasted red peppers. Always keep toppings cold for the best texture.
