Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb linguine pasta
- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken breasts, season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked linguine and chicken to the cheesy sauce, tossing to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For added spice, include a dash of hot sauce in the sauce. You can also lighten the dish using half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
