Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until browned.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet.
- Stir in cream cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper until melted and smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the beef layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set and golden.
- Let cool slightly and garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired.
