Delicate cookies featuring a warm maple flavor, complemented by a glossy white chocolate dip for a refined treat.

  • Total Time: 27 minutes
  • Yield: 24 cookies 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the maple syrup and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Chill the dough if cookies spread too much; measure flour correctly to avoid dry textures.
