- 1 cup assorted pizza toppings (such as bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, turkey pepperoni)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, spread pizza sauce over the crust, and add your desired toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Press the meat mixture evenly to avoid thin spots that overcook. Let rest before cutting for better slice retention.
