- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: bell peppers, diced tomatoes, or jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Generously spread ranch dressing, layer the chicken, mozzarella, and green onions, then season with salt and pepper.
- Roll it up, brush with egg, and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow it to cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
For a healthier version, use whole wheat dough and low-fat ranch dressing. To avoid soggy bottoms, mix cornmeal with flour on the baking sheet.
