- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually mix in the flour and salt until well combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips and toffee bits.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For optimal results, use very soft butter for aeration and avoid over-mixing the dough.
