A small, confident treat that balances salt, sweet, and silky chocolate, perfect for last-minute gifts or canapés.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 50 mini pretzels
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Add the peanut butter and butter to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
  2. Add in the powdered sugar and continue mixing until well combined.
  3. Portion the peanut butter mixture into ~1 teaspoon balls, then press between two pretzels.
  4. Repeat.
  5. Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring well between each interval, until fully melted.
  6. Dip each pretzel sandwich in the chocolate, then refrigerate for a few minutes until set.
  7. Enjoy!

Notes

Keep the butter softened but not oily to maintain filling consistency. Dip using a fork to lift and remove excess chocolate.
