- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 50 mini pretzels
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add the peanut butter and butter to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
- Add in the powdered sugar and continue mixing until well combined.
- Portion the peanut butter mixture into ~1 teaspoon balls, then press between two pretzels.
- Repeat.
- Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring well between each interval, until fully melted.
- Dip each pretzel sandwich in the chocolate, then refrigerate for a few minutes until set.
- Enjoy!
Notes
Keep the butter softened but not oily to maintain filling consistency. Dip using a fork to lift and remove excess chocolate.
