Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the Weetbix, milk, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract until well incorporated.
- Add honey or maple syrup based on your desired sweetness level.
- Transfer the mixture into bowls or jars for storage.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and top with sliced bananas, nuts, or more chocolate chips before serving.
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute milk with almond, oat, or soy milk and use maple syrup instead of honey.
