Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop large tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
- Use a knife or skewer to swirl the dough slightly for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
Notes
Chill the dough briefly if your kitchen is warm to maintain shape and enhance the swirl effect.
