  • Total Time: 27 minutes
  • Yield: 24 cookies 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop large tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
  7. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the dough slightly for a marbled effect.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!

Notes

Chill the dough briefly if your kitchen is warm to maintain shape and enhance the swirl effect.
