  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well-combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix cranberry sauce and soy sauce until smooth.
  5. Pour the cranberry sauce mixture over the meatballs, ensuring they are well-coated.
