- 1 (18.3 oz) brownie mix (follow directions on the back)
- 2 pints of ice cream (flavors of your choice)
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven and bake the brownies in a 9 x 13 pan according to the directions on the back of the box. Let them cool completely.
- Once cooled, gently cut out two 6-inch circles from the brownies.
- Place one brownie circle into a 6-inch springform pan. Layer this with one pint of your chosen ice cream.
- Top with the second brownie circle and the remaining ice cream.
- Cover the pan tightly with plastic wrap and return it to the freezer to harden.
- Remove the dessert from the freezer about 5 minutes before serving to allow it to soften slightly.
- Drizzle the top with hot fudge sauce and sprinkle any remaining brownie pieces on top for extra texture.
