Delightful Christmas Kitchen Sink Cookies combine rich chocolate brownies, creamy ice cream, and hot fudge for an indulgent holiday treat.

  • Total Time: 120
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (18.3 oz) brownie mix (follow directions on the back)
  • 2 pints of ice cream (flavors of your choice)
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and bake the brownies in a 9 x 13 pan according to the directions on the back of the box. Let them cool completely.
  2. Once cooled, gently cut out two 6-inch circles from the brownies.
  3. Place one brownie circle into a 6-inch springform pan. Layer this with one pint of your chosen ice cream.
  4. Top with the second brownie circle and the remaining ice cream.
  5. Cover the pan tightly with plastic wrap and return it to the freezer to harden.
  6. Remove the dessert from the freezer about 5 minutes before serving to allow it to soften slightly.
  7. Drizzle the top with hot fudge sauce and sprinkle any remaining brownie pieces on top for extra texture.

Notes

Don’t rush the freezing, and use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Consider decorating with festive sprinkles for a colorful touch.
