- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the melted butter.
- Add the baking soda and salt, then stir in vanilla, sugar, and egg.
- Blend in the flour until just mixed.
- Add cinnamon and brown sugar to the mix.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for maximum flavor and moisture. Avoid overmixing the dough to keep the bread tender.
