- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
- Stir in milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, mixing thoroughly.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.

Notes
Allow the pone to rest for at least 15 minutes after baking to help it hold cleaner slices.
