  • 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Stir in milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, mixing thoroughly.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
