For the Apple Crisp:

6 apples, sliced

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 cup oats

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup melted butter

1/4 cup flour

For the Pumpkin Spice Monkey Bread:

1 can biscuit dough

1/2 cup melted butter

1/2 cup sugar

1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

2 tbsp cream

For the Sweet Potato Pie:

2 cups mashed roasted sweet potatoes

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup butter

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 pie shell

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. For the pumpkin coffee cake: mix pumpkin, sugar, butter, spices, flour, baking powder. Pour into dish and bake for 25–30 minutes.

3. For the apple crisp: toss apples with sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Top with oat mixture and bake 35–40 minutes until bubbly.

4. For the monkey bread: cut biscuit dough into chunks, coat with butter and sugar-spice mix. Layer in Bundt pan and bake 25–30 minutes. Drizzle with glaze.

5. For the sweet potato pie: mix filling ingredients and pour into crust. Bake 50–60 minutes until set. Cool before serving.

Serve desserts warm for maximum coziness.
