Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef stew meat
  • 2 cups apples, diced

  • 4 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  4. Stir in the carrots, apples, and cranberries.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and add thyme, salt, and pepper.
