  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package phyllo dough
  • 1 cup Brie cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Thaw the phyllo dough according to package instructions.
  3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough, brush it lightly with melted butter or olive oil, and layer another sheet on top. Repeat for 4-5 layers.
  4. Cut the stacked phyllo into squares and press each square into a mini muffin tray to form cups.
  5. Fill each cup with a piece of Brie cheese and a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  6. Beat the egg and brush the tops of the cups with the egg wash.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the phyllo is golden brown and crispy.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Handle phyllo dough with care to prevent it from drying out. Consider adding honey or walnuts for extra flavor.
