- 1 package phyllo dough
- 1 cup Brie cheese, cubed
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Thaw the phyllo dough according to package instructions.
- Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough, brush it lightly with melted butter or olive oil, and layer another sheet on top. Repeat for 4-5 layers.
- Cut the stacked phyllo into squares and press each square into a mini muffin tray to form cups.
- Fill each cup with a piece of Brie cheese and a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Beat the egg and brush the tops of the cups with the egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the phyllo is golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Handle phyllo dough with care to prevent it from drying out. Consider adding honey or walnuts for extra flavor.
