Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to prevent sticking.
- Evenly spread the softened cream cheese over the pastry.
- Layer a thin coating of cranberry sauce or sprinkle the chopped dried cranberries on top.
- Crumble feta cheese over the cranberry layer and sprinkle with freshly chopped herbs.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Carefully roll the pastry tightly into a log shape.
- Cut the log into pinwheels about 1-inch thick.
- Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow the pinwheels to cool slightly before serving.

Keep an eye on your pinwheels as they bake; the puff pastry can go from golden to overdone quickly!
