Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, honey, and soy sauce.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
- Place the seared chicken in a baking dish and pour the cranberry glaze over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
Notes
You can substitute boneless, skinless thighs for a juicier option. If you prefer a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the glaze.
