  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped dried cranberries, orange marmalade, orange zest, and cinnamon. Stir until smooth and evenly blended.
  2. Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over the mixture for added crunch (optional).
  4. Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly into a log, keeping it snug but not too tight.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  7. Once chilled, unwrap and slice into 1-inch thick pinwheels. Arrange neatly on a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. Don’t overfill to prevent bursting when rolling.
