Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped dried cranberries, orange marmalade, orange zest, and cinnamon. Stir until smooth and evenly blended.
- Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over the mixture for added crunch (optional).
- Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly into a log, keeping it snug but not too tight.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Once chilled, unwrap and slice into 1-inch thick pinwheels. Arrange neatly on a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. Don’t overfill to prevent bursting when rolling.
