Scale
  • 1 wheel of Camembert cheese (8 oz)
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons pistachios, roughly chopped

  • Crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Camembert cheese in an oven-safe baking dish.
  3. Top the cheese with dried cranberries, chopped pistachios, and fresh thyme leaves.
  4. Drizzle honey generously over the top of the cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and melty.

Notes

For a lighter alternative, pair the baked Camembert with vegetable crudités instead of bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days.
