- Honey for drizzling

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Camembert cheese in an oven-safe baking dish.
- Top the cheese with dried cranberries, chopped pistachios, and fresh thyme leaves.
- Drizzle honey generously over the top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and melty.
- Serve the warm cheese with crackers or sliced baguette for dipping.
Notes
For a lighter alternative, pair the baked Camembert with vegetable crudités instead of bread. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days.
