- 1 package (5.3 oz/150g) Boursin cheese (Black Pepper)
- ¾ cup sour cream (full fat)
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ cup cranberry sauce
- Chopped chives (for serving)
- Freshly ground black pepper (for serving)
- Chili flakes (for serving)
- Crackers (for serving)
Instructions
- Bring Boursin cheese and sour cream to room temperature.
- To your food processor, add Boursin cheese, sour cream, and thyme. Blend until smooth.
- Add the cheese mixture to a serving platter or bowl and spread it out into an even layer.
- Top with cranberry sauce and spread out using a spoon.
- Garnish with chives, chili flakes, and freshly ground black pepper. Serve with crackers. Enjoy!
Notes
Use room-temperature ingredients to avoid lumps and for an airy texture. Adjust thyme and pepper to taste.
