Ingredients

  • 2 packages (5.3 oz/150g) Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs)
  • 1 package (5.3 oz/150g) Boursin cheese (Black Pepper)
  • ¾ cup sour cream (full fat)
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • Chopped chives (for serving)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (for serving)
  • Chili flakes (for serving)
  • Crackers (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Bring Boursin cheese and sour cream to room temperature.
  2. To your food processor, add Boursin cheese, sour cream, and thyme. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the cheese mixture to a serving platter or bowl and spread it out into an even layer.
  4. Top with cranberry sauce and spread out using a spoon.
  5. Garnish with chives, chili flakes, and freshly ground black pepper. Serve with crackers. Enjoy!

Notes

Use room-temperature ingredients to avoid lumps and for an airy texture. Adjust thyme and pepper to taste.
