Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup pepper jelly
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, pepper jelly, chopped chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto the wider end of each triangle of dough.
- Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, pinching the edges to ensure the filling stays inside. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush each crescent bite with the beaten egg to achieve a shiny, golden finish once baked.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
