- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for better melt. Warm the cream slightly before adding to avoid shock to temperature.
