Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly grated jack cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder over the chicken and pour in chicken broth; simmer gently.
  4. Add heavy cream, stirring until combined. Let bubble for a few minutes until thickened.
  5. Stir in grated jack cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Serve hot over rice or pasta, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes
