Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. Add the diced tomatoes (with their juices) to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly.
