Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

- Brush the cod fillets with olive oil.
- Coat each fillet in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the coated fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges and alongside your choice of roasted veggies or salad.
