Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to create a marinade.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place marinated chicken pieces in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until chicken is crispy and cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer, garnish with chopped peanuts and green onions, and serve hot.
Notes
Use smooth peanut butter for a silky glaze. Do not overcrowd the basket to ensure crispiness.
