Delicious salmon bites with a crispy coating and a tangy, sweet-spicy glaze, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each piece of salmon in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture, and finally roll in breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the coated salmon bites on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  7. Toss the baked salmon bites in the sauce before serving.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
