Instructions
- Begin by toasting the brioche slices in a skillet with a bit of olive oil until crispy and golden brown on both sides.
- In a bowl, combine the tuna with soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Once the brioche is ready, place a generous spoonful of the tuna tartare on each slice.
