- 1 jar dill pickles
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Slice the dill pickles into chips.
- Set up a breading station with one bowl for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each pickle slice into flour, then into the egg, and finally into the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the coated pickle chips in batches until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free flour and breadcrumbs. Vegan options are available by using a flaxseed mixture instead of eggs.
