Instructions
- Soak the rice paper sheets in warm water until soft and pliable.
- In a bowl, mix together the ground chicken and finely chopped shrimp, along with any desired seasonings.
- Take a spoonful of the mixture and place it on each rice paper sheet, folding and sealing tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, fry the dumplings until golden brown and crispy, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
Ensure proper sealing of dumplings to prevent leaking during frying. Control oil temperature for optimal crispiness. Experiment with different fillings for variety.
