Ingredients

  • 7 oz ground chicken
  • 7 oz raw shrimp, finely chopped
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice paper sheets in warm water until soft and pliable.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the ground chicken and finely chopped shrimp, along with any desired seasonings.
  3. Take a spoonful of the mixture and place it on each rice paper sheet, folding and sealing tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, fry the dumplings until golden brown and crispy, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.

Notes
