Instructions
- Place the chicken breast in the Crockpot.
- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, chicken broth, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
- Stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Serve hot with crusty bread.
