Tender steak bites infused with garlic and butter, cooked slowly for rich, concentrated flavors.

  • Total Time: 380 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak bites (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme (optional)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a Crockpot, melt the butter and add the minced garlic.
  2. Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and any herbs you like.
  3. Add the steak bites to the Crockpot and stir to coat them with the garlic butter.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until the beef is tender.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Start with evenly cut steak bites for uniform cooking. Allow meat to rest for five minutes off-heat for improved texture.
