Instructions
- In a Crockpot, melt the butter and add the minced garlic.
- Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and any herbs you like.
- Add the steak bites to the Crockpot and stir to coat them with the garlic butter.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until the beef is tender.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
Start with evenly cut steak bites for uniform cooking. Allow meat to rest for five minutes off-heat for improved texture.
