Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1.5 pounds potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, add the diced potatoes and chicken thighs.
  2. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, grated Parmesan, melted butter, chicken broth, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes in the crockpot.
  4. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
