Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
  3. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract until fully integrated.
  5. Gradually add the dry flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
  6. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion out dough onto a lined baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
