- 2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
- Olive oil for baking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and beaten egg.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Drizzle a little olive oil on top of the bites.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Serve warm with a yogurt dip or mustard aioli. Can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
