Ingredients
Scale
- 14 ounces jellied cranberry sauce
- 16 ounces dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Open the can of cranberry sauce and cut it into approximately ½” thick discs.
- Place the sauce rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment or silicone mat and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
- Add dark chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1 minute on high.
- Stir and continue heating in 15-second increments until melted and smooth.
- Remove sauce from freezer and use a fork to submerge each slice completely in melted chocolate.
- Let excess chocolate drip off and place back on lined baking sheet.
- Repeat until all slices are coated.
- Return to freezer for about 30 minutes until chocolate is fully set. Enjoy!
Notes
Ensure cranberry rounds are fully frozen before dipping for easier coating. Use high-quality dark chocolate for best results.
