- 1 cup chewy dates, pitted

- 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
- Sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the pitted dates and nuts in a bowl.
- Mix until you achieve a sticky, chunky mixture.
- Form the mixture into small bars or bites and arrange them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the top of the bars.
- If desired, sprinkle a little sea salt on top for added flavor.
- Place the tray in the refrigerator and allow it to set for about 30 minutes.

Notes
Ensure your dates are soft and gooey; soak drier dates in warm water for about 10 minutes if necessary. Feel free to experiment with different nuts.
